Terms of service.
These terms cover the free public checker and the free account on https://talandor.com. Watch is a separate future offer, described below.
Who operates the service
Talandor is operated by the legal operator identified in the Legal notice. The product name is not the operator's legal name.
Public checks
You may submit a public HTTPS MCP endpoint that you are entitled to test. Do not submit credentials, private-network targets, personal data or confidential content. Automated abuse, attempts to bypass safety limits and interference with the service are prohibited.
What a report means
Reports separate measured observations, estimated client fit and content supplied by an MCP publisher. They are point-in-time research results, not a security certification, endorsement, uptime guarantee or promise that a third-party client will work.
Watch
Hosted checkout is not open yet. When hosted checkout opens, Watch will be a recurring 9 €/month plan for one eligible public MCP endpoint. Adding endpoints up to the planned limit of five is not open yet. The price stays published on the pricing page before any hosted checkout. Payments will be taken on a hosted checkout: checkout will show the total, taxes and renewal, and card data will not pass through Talandor. Cancellation will be available from the watch space once a subscription exists, from the payment-receipt link, or by emailing support; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds and the statutory 14-day EU withdrawal right are described on the refunds page.
Refunds and cancellation
Cancellation and refund rules, including the 14-day EU withdrawal right, are published on Refunds and cancellation.
Availability and third parties
The free checker is provided as available and may change or be suspended. MCP publishers remain responsible for their endpoints and content. When hosted checkout opens, the checkout page will name the seller of record and show the total, taxes and renewal. Card data will not pass through Talandor. Talandor terms and the refunds page will govern Watch.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights in your country of residence remain unaffected. Where mandatory consumer rules do not apply, disputes are handled by the competent courts in France.
