How to cancel Watch, when a refund applies, and how to reach support.
Hosted checkout is not open yet. The price and these rules are published so you can review them before any payment. No payment or Watch is created from these pages. Opening date: not announced yet. Hosted checkout remains closed.
Price before checkout
Watch is 9 €/month. That price is published on Watch pricing before any hosted checkout. When checkout is open, the hosted checkout then shows the total, taxes and renewal before you confirm.
How to cancel
After a paid Watch is active, you can cancel at any time:
- From your watch space, once a paid Watch is activeCancel at period end
- From the link on your payment receiptCancel from the receipt
- By emailing support@talandor.comWe will apply the same period-end cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period.
Refunds
Email support@talandor.com from the address on the receipt and say that you want a refund. Include the public report or Watch endpoint if you have it. Never send a card number, password or MCP credential.
Talandor decides whether a refund is eligible under this policy. The hosted checkout returns the payment and issues the credit note. An approved refund returns 100% of what you paid, including VAT or sales tax, to the original payment method where possible. Arrival typically takes 5 to 10 business days. Processing a refund is free for you.
14-day EU withdrawal
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on distance contracts. Watch is a digital service that can start immediately after a verified payment. The withdrawal right applies unless you expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that you would lose that right. Period-end cancellation still does not automatically refund unused days. Statutory rights are honoured. If checkout asked you to consent to immediate access, that consent is recorded at checkout.
When we refund
We refund the current period if Watch never became active after a successful payment, if we cannot provide the monitoring described at checkout, or if a statutory withdrawal applies. We do not automatically refund unused days after a period-end cancellation. Payment disputes are handled through the hosted checkout.
